The list of works which are ready/suitable for inauguration in the month of September, October & November, already submitted from various offices to this office are included in pro-forma given below.

The present status for inauguration of these works may be entered in Column-M.

Column-M may be updated with appropriate status from select-drop-down list only, which includes (Ready for inauguration or Not Ready for inauguration or Already inaugurated). If any work will be ready on a near future date, the same may be mentioned in “Remarks “ column (Column-N)  against the name of each work. Only Column-M & N need to be updated in this pro-forma.
